Terms of Use
These terms cover lowermercy.com and the games, video and written work we publish under the Lower Mercy name. Lower Mercy is a trade name of IntroStaff Property Management LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or playing our games you agree to these terms.
What you may do
You may play our games and watch or read our work for personal, non-commercial use. You may record, stream, review and share gameplay and clips, with credit to Lower Mercy, including on monetised channels.
What you may not do
- Redistribute, sell, or re-host our games, video or writing, in whole or in part, or present them as your own.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract assets from our games except where law expressly permits.
- Use our characters, art, names or story material to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning models.
- Interfere with the site or any service it depends on.
Betas and early releases
Anything marked beta, prologue, slice or in development is unfinished. It may change, break, lose saved progress, or be withdrawn. Feedback you send us about it may be used to improve the work without obligation to you.
Support tips
Tips sent through our support page are voluntary payments in appreciation of work already published. They are not donations to a charity, are not tax-deductible, do not buy goods or services, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms.
Ownership
All games, characters, artwork, video, music, code and writing on this site are the property of IntroStaff Property Management LLC unless credited otherwise, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Everything we publish is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our work. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if anything.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
